The 2008 Northern Ireland MountainBike Orienteering Championships took place on a beautiful day by the Craigavon lakes last Saturday. A total of 21 people took part on the ‘Long’ course, which covered roughly 13.5km with 14 controls to collect. Paul won the event with a time of 36.23 minutes, 2.15 minutes faster than Jonny who came second. Rick McKee and David Creighton (AKA Tango and Cash) were, this time, racing under the TrailBadger.com banner, come 3rd and 4th respectively and Tim Holmes from Team Lard taking 5th place.
